Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chosen Glow. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your products arrive safely.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer as each order is packed with care.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:
• Standard Shipping — $8.00
• Free Shipping — Orders over $75
• Express Shipping — $15.00
Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Local Pickup / Workplace Delivery
Customers who work with me at Amazon may choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Orders selected for local pickup will be brought to the next scheduled Amazon shift and can be picked up during 10:30pm break or after work once clocked out. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.

Shipping Delays
Chosen Glow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chosen Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
