Thank you for shopping with Chosen Glow. Each product is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to ensure the highest quality experience.
Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at chosenglowco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Body butters
• Bath salts and soaks
• Soaps
• Tea blends
• Ritual boxes
• Sample sets
• Any opened or used product
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
